How fit are you for psychology health?

 Let me tell you two or three things. Think about these questions yourself and ask family and friends around you and those who are very sincere friends. You will get the answer.

 First of all, if you ask your family how happy you look? So what will they answer to that? And there are four possible answers.  

1. always -    2. mostly   3. at times - 4. very rarely

If the answer is in the category of Always, then thank God you are psychologically well.

And the problem is as much as it is coming down.

Some people are very proud to introduce themselves. Sir, I am very sensitive.

It's good to be sensitive, but it's not good to be overly sensitive.

2. How quickly do you feel bad?

 If someone criticizes you in a way that is completely unfounded, such as saying you did it wrong while you did it right. Should you be offended by this?

Currently, people are getting angry even at the right criticism. For example, you told me that I did this wrong. Now I will not talk to you for the rest of my life.


4. Are you hungry for praise?
People  are raising their hands.



If someone is praising you. And praising the right thing. And you won't like them either. You say don't praise me. If you are not hungry for praise, then your mental health is related to the fact that you are not hungry for praise.

 

At the moment, there are some people all over the world who are not criticized by anyone. They are considered bad in the same way. 

They felt that you were thinking satire on them, so they considered it bad. In such a situation, human society is gone. And this is a great level of its psychological weakness.

 And another thing that will tell me if I'm not mentally well?

You don't get angry easily.

  You don't get depressed easily.

  Society has to work hard to make you angry.
